Paying for your appointment
You don’t pay anything online. There are no deposits and we never ask for card details when you book. You pay at the shop after your appointment.
Your booking
Each appointment is booked at one of our two shops, Spring Hill or Selly Oak. Please check you’ve chosen the right shop before confirming. Your appointment is booked once you see the confirmation page with your booking reference. Please keep the reference.
Cancelling or changing your appointment
If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the time to someone else.
To cancel or change an appointment, call the shop you booked with. If your appointment is less than 24 hours away, please still call us as soon as you can. There’s no cancellation fee.
